FACILITY RENTAL
We’re rolling out a new system for facility requests — ML Schedules! This should make it easier for everyone to submit and manage requests. As we get everything set up and running smoothly, thanks for bearing with us through any bumps in the road. Please note: district events/usage will always have first priority when it comes to facility use.

Thank you for your interest in our Facilities. Our buildings are valuable community assets and many civic and community groups use them for meetings and events. We are glad to accommodate these groups whenever we can. See the registration information below to create your account and log into the ML Schedules platform to create your reservation or scroll to the bottom of the page to see the current availability.
First Time Registration
All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. Click the image below to get started. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You can also see the "How to Create a User Account" video to the right for detailed instructions.
Login to Create Facility Requests
Once your account is created, you can start making requests. Click the icon below to login and get started. Feel free to use the "Submitting a Facility Use Request" video to the right to help you get started.
