NEW STUDENTS

New Student and Kindergarten Registration

See the steps below for student registration, or CLICK HERE for Open Enrollment.

Step 1: Initial Registration

All New Students, including Kindergartners, will begin the registration process by entering information into FinalForms.  If you are new to the school system, you will click the Parent "New Account" button to get started.  If you already have an account, simply "Login".

What you will need to register:

  • Child's birth certificate (Kindergarten students must turn five on or before August 1st)

  • Child's immunization record
  • 2 forms of proof of residence- must include recent date, residential parent's name. (examples: utility bill, pay stub, rental agreement, tax bill)
  • Photo ID of parent/guardian
  • Custody papers if applicable

Kindergartners Only

Step 2: Kindergarten Screening

Once Step 1 is complete (all Forms AND Required Documents are uploaded) you will be contacted with a Google Form link to sign up for Kindergarten Screening.  During this process you will select a screening date and time on either April 16th or May 8th.  If you do not receive this email, confirm that you have completed all FinalForms requirements and then contact our registrar at 330-767-4293.

Step 3: FES Follow Up

After completion of the Google Form you will be contacted by the Fairless Elementary School office confirming your appointment time and gathering any other information needed.

Step 4: Pre-Screening Reminder

In the week prior to the Screening, expect to receive a reminder call or email about the upcoming appointment.

 

Students Entering Grades 1-12

Step 2:

After successful completion of FinalForms you will be contacted by the school for next steps including scheduling and gathering of any other information needed from the prior school attended.
